I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were sleek and clean with a nice view, but there were cleanliness issues like a used toilet and clogged tub upon check-in, which was disappointing. The staff, while friendly, didn't address the situation properly, and there was no offer to change rooms or compensate for the inconvenience. I might consider staying elsewhere on my next visit to Greenville.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel. The rooms were so nice and spacious, offering great views. However, the non-refundable policy was a bit of a downside, and the proximity to the noisy ice and drinks machine was bothersome throughout the night.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were nice and had comfortable bedding, but I had a hard time falling asleep due to loud guests in the hallway until 2 am and the room not being ready until late afternoon. On the bright side, they did provide a complimentary bottle of water.

The service was fabulous, with the staff being great and uniformly helpful. They went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed. From room service to dry cleaning, they were very helpful throughout our stay.

The location was fantastic, within walking distance of all the activities I had planned and close to great restaurants in the area. It was key to have everything I needed nearby. Sadly, the hotel announced there was no breakfast available apart from the overpriced buffet, which was a downside.
